The factory animals are treated differently by being trapped in cages and they get sick.

The animals are fed antibiotics because they get sick of sitting in their poop and its dangerous cause if they take it everyday bacteria grow in their bodies then they can't be cured.

3.What happens to animal excrement (poop) in factory farms?

What happens to the poop is is goes to the lake, rivers and stuff and it pollutes the water and the air.
